Florida Community Loan Fund
The Florida Community Loan Fund is the only statewide Community Development Financial Institution in Florida, lending exclusively to community-based non-profits. Founded in 1995, the Loan Fund is a lending institution that shares the mission of borrowers working to improve conditions in both urban and rural low-income communities around the state.
Florida Affordabe Housing Locator
This website provides a listing of affordable rental units funded by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation and/or other counties participating in the service.
Florida Housing’s Special Needs Housing Website
The website is a comprehensive clearinghouse for Florida Housing’s affordable housing funding programs and resources targeting households of persons with special needs.
Florida Education for Homeless Children and Youth Program
Program within the Florida Department of Education that addresses the educational needs of homeless children in order to promote success and provide support while a child is homeless.
Florida Housing Coalition
FHC provides technical assistance, information, and training on affordable housing and related issues; supports community-based partnership in leveraging resources; and advocates for policies, programs, and use of funding resources for affordable housing in Florida.
Florida Housing Finance Corporation
This is the site of the state affordable housing finance agency. This organization provide loans to for- and non- profit developers for the construction and rehabilitation of affordable housing.

Statewide faith-based network which provides advocacy on behalf of persons disenfranchised by poverty.
Florida Supportive Housing Coalition
The Florida Supportive Housing Coalition is dedicated to creating long-term, independent housing solutions for people with special needs in Florida by advocating for public policy and governmental structures that encourage self-sufficiency, housing choice, and community-based opportunities.
