FCH Board of Directors
The Board of Directors provides leadership for the Florida Coalition for the Homeless by:
- Upholding the FCH vision, purpose and values;
- Setting the broad policies, direction and priorities of the organization;
- Ensuring that FCH has highly effective leadership to advance homeless issues in the state of Florida;
- Providing fiduciary oversight; and
- Maintaining the integrity of FCH services and products developed for the benefit of FCH members.
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee shall consist of officers of the board of directors, which include the president, vice-president, treasurer, and secretary. While most key decisions about the direction and activities of the organization are made by the full board, the Executive Committee is charged with acting on behalf of the board when it is not possible to convene a full board meeting. All actions taken by this committee are presented to the full board.
